Progress reporting

Reporting schedule

Spotify is committed to transparent and accountable implementation of our Accessibility Plan. We will publish our Accessibility Progress Report every year.

Spotify's progress reports will include:

• Actions taken to implement the Plan
• Results achieved (qualitative or quantitative)
• Feedback received from persons with disabilities and how it was considered
• Any challenges encountered and how they were addressed

In addition, we will complete internal annual reviews and quarterly check-ins with working group leads to monitor the status of implementation between reporting periods. We will use the performance indicators above, as well as action items from respective working groups, to guide these check-ins and monitor progress year-over-year.
