Feedback process

Individuals can provide feedback through the following channels:

  • Accessibility Feedback Form: Accessibility Center
  • Customer Support: Visit our support site for general inquiries or technical issues.
  • Be My Eyes (BME): Spotify partners with Be My Eyes to assist blind and low-vision individuals via live video calls for visual support.

Process details

Individuals have the option to provide anonymous feedback, or submit contact information to enable Spotify to follow-up and provide updates.

Upon receiving accessibility feedback, Spotify commits to:

  1. Acknowledge receipt of the feedback promptly.
  2. Review and investigate the feedback internally.
  3. Implement appropriate actions or provide clarification if immediate changes are not possible.
  4. Provide updates to individuals who submitted feedback, if contact information is provided

Privacy assurance

Spotify ensures that personal information provided through feedback channels is handled according to standard data confidentiality guidelines, retention policies, and our Privacy Policy.
