Spotify Terms and Conditions for the Yearly offer
If you cancel your subscription to the Premium Service at any time during the Offer Period (instructions on how to cancel can be found at https://support.spotify.com/us/learn-more/faq/#!/article/How-to-cancel-your-subscription), you will automatically convert to the Free Service after the Offer Period ends.
If you decide to switch to another Spotify paid-for subscription during the Offer Period, (instructions on how to switch can be found at https://support.spotify.com/us/account_payment_help/subscription_information/subscription-levels/), we will apply a portion of what you paid for the Offer, based on the remaining months in the Offer Period, against the fees for the new Spotify paid subscription.
After the Offer Period ends, you can cancel your subscription at any time (instructions on how to cancel can be found at https://support.spotify.com/us/learn-more/faq/#!/article/How-to-cancel-your-subscription). If you have a paid-for subscription (e.g., Premium or Student), cancellation will take effect at the end of the then current paid-for period.
Eligibility: In order to receive this Offer you must currently have or obtain a new individual Spotify account. Current Spotify Family plan users are not eligible for this Offer.
Offer Availability: This Offer expires and must be redeemed before the date advertised. Spotify reserves the right to withdraw this Offer at any time and for any reason. After such withdrawal, Spotify shall not be obligated to redeem any further Offers.
Exclusions: Spotify gift cards and prepaid cards cannot be used as a valid payment method for this Offer. If you currently subscribe to Spotify through a third party (such as a telephone company) you will not be able to take advantage of this Offer. No other discounts can be applied.
Cancellation: When you register for this Offer, you consent to get access to Spotify Premium immediately, and for the full Offer Period. You agree that your right to withdraw and obtain a refund, is only available within fourteen (14) days after your purchase and is immediately revoked if you use Spotify during that 14-day period. If you wish to receive a refund before the 14-day period is over, you must contact Customer Support here. After 14 days from purchase/activation, you may cancel your subscription as described above but you will not receive a refund.
Notices: We will provide any notices to you by sending a message to your email address associated with your Spotify account. Notices sent by email are effective when sent to your email address. You will be deemed to have received any email sent to the email address associated with your Spotify account when sent, whether or not you actually receive the email. You are responsible for keeping your email address current.
Spotify reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to modify this Offer at any time without prior notice and with no liability.
