Spotify® Headspace® Terms and Conditions

The Offer: The Spotify Headspace Offer (the “Offer”), which is made to you by Spotify (as defined in the Spotify Terms and Conditions of Use, “Spotify Terms of Use”), entitles you to access the Spotify Premium Service (as defined in the Spotify Terms of Use) and the Headspace Paid Service (as defined in the Headspace Terms and Conditions, “Headspace Terms and Conditions”) from the moment that you activate such an account by submitting your payment details and paying the advertised price to Spotify. By submitting your payment details, you (i) consent to us using your payment details in accordance with Spotify’s Privacy Policy, and (ii) acknowledge and agree to the Spotify Terms of Use, Headspace Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions.

Privacy: You acknowledge that, in order to activate and administer the Offer, and to enable provision of the Headspace Paid Service, you need to make available some Spotify account information to Headspace. This includes your email address, date of birth, username, and profile picture. For the same purposes, Spotify and Headspace also need to exchange information about your country of residence and subscription status (free, premium, active, cancelled, etc) on both services. Headspace will also get access to your Spotify login credentials if you choose to log in to Headspace using these credentials. Any use by Headspace of your information shall be governed the Headspace Privacy Policy.

Eligibility: In order to receive this Offer you must have or obtain a (i) current standalone Spotify account and (ii) current Headspace account. New and existing users of either service can register for a Spotify account and a Headspace account during the registration process for this Offer.

Exclusions: Spotify gift cards and prepaid cards cannot be used as a valid payment method for the Spotify Headspace Offer. If you currently subscribe to Spotify through a third party (such as a telephone company) you will not be able to take advantage of this Offer. Current Spotify Family plan users are not eligible for this Offer. No other discounts can be applied. There are no refunds or credits for partial monthly subscriptions. The Spotify service and Headspace service may not be available on certain personal devices.

Payment: The credit card you provided will automatically be charged the advertised price each month, until you cancel. If Spotify increases the monthly fee in the future, we will provide you notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. You can cancel the Offer at any time prior to the commencement of the new billing cycle. By continuing to use the Spotify Service after the price change takes effect, you accept the new price.

Cancellation: When you register for this Offer, you consent to get access to both Spotify Premium and the Headspace Paid Service immediately. Your Offer will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle, unless you cancel your Offer before the end of the current Offer period. If you do not want to remain a paying user of this Offer or the Spotify Premium Service, you must cancel your subscription to the Spotify Premium Service by logging into your Spotify account and following the prompts on the Account page, or by clicking here and following the instructions. If you decide to cancel your Headspace Paid Service provided to you through this Offer, you must do so through Spotify, following the process outlined above. To delete your Headspace account and any personal data they may hold about you, you will need to email Headspace at help@headspace.com. Headspace will reply in a reasonable timeframe, in accordance with the Headspace Privacy Policy.

Please note: cancellation of either one of these services will result in simultaneous cancellation of the other, and your Spotify subscription status will revert to Spotify Free and Headspace subscription will revert to the Take 10 Free Trial Service at that time.

The cancellation of the Offer by either of the above methods, and the resulting downgrade to the free Services, will take effect the day after the last day of the then current subscription period. However, please note that if you cancel your payment and/or terminate any of the Agreements (as defined in the Spotify Terms of Use) before the end of the current subscription period, we will not refund any subscription fees already paid to us.

Spotify reserves the right to earlier terminate this Offer at any time and for any reason. After such time of termination, Spotify shall not be obligated to fulfill any further Offers.
