Branded Experience Manager- EUROPE

As Manager, Branded Experiences, you will build relationships with brand partners to drive revenue and marketing value. You will develop and present creative content solutions, and work with internal teams and external vendors to manage execution of these programs.

The ideal candidate is strategically minded, with the ability to synthesize interests of Spotify’s business groups and of our partners. The role is European with a specific focus on France & Spain.


  • Develop branded content programs tailored to clients’ marketing objectives and target audiences
  • Effectively position ideas in both verbal and written communication
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Spotify’s platform, ad products and resources and proactively integrate into branded programs
  • Coordinate internal teams (advertiser and consumer marketing, sales, analytics, PR, events, artist and label relations) and external stakeholders and vendors (advertisers, agencies, developers, production companies) to develop programs; effectively manage communication amongst all parties
  • Produce complex, high-value branded programs with elements including content, distribution, media, social extensions, consumer promotions, events, PR and marketing
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative results sourced from internal teams and external partners to message success to client, agencies, partners and internal teams


  • 4-6 years experience working in digital ad sales, marketing or agency partnership departments
  • French and English spoken & written
  • A passion for music
  • Excellent communication skills, including presenting to internal and external groups, writing concise, well-designed marketing materials
  • Established relationships with brand marketers and creatives
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to synthesize information to determine the best positioning
  • Love of a collaborative, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Keynote / PowerPoint proficiency mandatory
  • Willingness to travel
