How to write an outstanding support request
Please make your description of your problem as detailed possible. Take extra care to include error messages (e.g "You have been de-authorized") and error code, if available (eg. "408").

Also, please write steps needed for you to reproduce this test, such as:

1) I open Spotify and I get the login dialog.
2) I write my username and password
3) I get a "Could not log you in, error 106" message.

To confirm that the username and password you are using are correct, please try logging into your account pages on the Spotify website
