- Can I buy audiobooks in the Spotify app?
For now, Audiobooks on Spotify can only be purchased in the Spotify Web Player, but you can listen in the app once you’ve unlocked a title. Head to open.spotify.com, find an audiobook you want to listen to, and follow the steps to check out. Then head back to the app and start listening.
- Where can I find my unlocked audiobooks?
You’ll find all your saved and unlocked audiobooks in Your Library.
- Do I need a Spotify Premium account to access audiobooks?
Nope! Audiobooks on Spotify are available for a one-time purchase and are not associated with any subscriptions you may have.
- Will audiobook purchases be charged to the credit card linked to my Spotify Premium account?
Audiobooks on Spotify are available for a one-time purchase. You can pay using the debit or credit card of your choice.
- If I am on a family plan, who has access to my purchased audiobooks?
Only you! When you purchase an audiobook on a family plan, it will only be visible to you and available for listening on your Spotify account. Other members of the plan will not have access to the title. So go ahead, order that steamy romance novel.
- I paid for an audiobook but it’s still locked. What should I do?

- Are Audiobooks on Spotify available in my country?
Currently, Audiobooks on Spotify are only available in the US, UK, CA, IE, AU, and NZ.
