Wrapped Thank You Videos Terms

Effective As Of October 1, 2022

The Wrapped Artist Thank You Videos upload program is a Spotify for Artists Program governed by these opt-in terms and conditions (these "Terms") and the Spotify for Artists Terms and Conditions ("Spotify for Artist Terms"). By using Spotify for Artists to upload your Artist Thank You Video for Wrapped ("Artist Thank You Video"), you have agreed to the Spotify for Artists Terms and by posting an Artist Thank You Video, you agree to these additional Terms.

Once you upload your Artist Thank You Video, it will be considered "User Content" (as defined in the Spotify for Artists Terms), which means, among other things, that by posting User Content to Spotify for Artists, you, on behalf of your Subscribing Entity, grant Spotify a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, fully paid, worldwide license to reproduce, make available, perform and display, translate, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, and otherwise use such User Content through any medium, whether alone or in combination with other content or materials, in any manner and by any means, method or technology, whether now known or hereafter created, in connection with Spotify for Artists and Spotify's music streaming service, the promotion and marketing of Wrapped, Spotify for Artists and Spotify's music streaming service.

Further, by posting your Artist Thank You Video, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights required to post it and to grant the rights to use it as described above and in the Spotify for Artists Terms. In the event of any claims related to your Artist Thank You Video, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spotify

Your Artist Thank You Video must also comply with our Spotify User Guidelines and Spotify Platform Rules and the following guidelines:

• Artist Thank You Videos must not include any of the following content: music or soundbed, lyrics or acapella (i.e., thank your fans with talk content only); visible logos or brands on clothing or accessories; added text, logos, graphics or filters; foul language or other explicit content; and/or time sensitive content.
