Spotify Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy

Spotify Ltd, together with its affiliates and group companies, (”Spotify”) reviews and considers submitted unsolicited idea(s) (“Unsolicited Idea(s)”) only at its sole discretion. The purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes if any of Spotify’s services or products would be identical to or appear to be similar to any Unsolicited Idea(s) submitted to Spotify. Unsolicited Idea(s) submitted to Spotify will not be considered confidential or proprietary. Spotify may independently have developed products or services that are identical to or appear to be similar to your Unsolicited Idea(s) submitted to Spotify. All rights to any Unsolicited Idea(s) are assigned to Spotify without any compensation to you. If a dispute would arise in relation to Unsolicited Idea(s) submitted by you, you shall discharge Spotify, its employees or any of its contracting parties from any and all claims. In the event that this Agreement is translated into other languages and there is a discrepancy between the two language versions, the English language version shall prevail to the extent that such discrepancy is the result of an error in translation.

By submitting Unsolicited Idea(s) to Spotify or its employees, you accept this Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy and accept that any personal information will be processed in accordance with Spotify’s Privacy Policy.
