The Spotify Support forum is the place for Spotify users to get help from each other. In the forum you can report problems, give feedback and help other users that are in need.
If you have a problem it is likely that somebody else might have reported it before. So, please have a quick look through the “Recent Activity” section before posting a new thread. To find what you are looking for, simply use the search bar “Search Topics”.
If you don’t find what you are looking for, create a new thread by writing in your question in the “Ask a question” post box and click Continue. A search will take place in the database to match your question with existing threads. If a match isn’t found, you can simply continue by creating a new thread.
