Reinstallation of Spotify (Windows Phone 6.x)

Please note that your offline playlists will need to be synced again after reinstallation.

Do the following:

  • Open Spotify in your mobile
  • Go to More and select Clear saved data. Spotify will then be closed down.
  • Start Spotify again briefly to clear the cache. When you’re at the login-screen, close Spotify again.
  • You can remove the Spotify application from your phone from within your phone’s Settings page.
  • Install Spotify once again through the Marketplace or by visiting m.spotify.com in your mobile’s web browser.
