To sign up for Spotify Premium, your payment card has to support two things:
Firstly, the card needs to be open for e-commerce, so that you can use it for online purchases (Verified by Visa/Mastercard Securecard card) and foreign purchases.
Secondly, the card has to be issued in the same country as the country set your Spotify profile. You can try to update your profile yourself to ensure the card and profile countries match. If you don’t have a card from a country where Spotify is available, unfortunately you won’t be able to subscribe to Spotify Premium.
If you have accidentally changed your profile country and have a problem updating, please contact Spotify Customer Service.
