Greetings- I need to start off by saying " I love Spotify"- the greatest thing since sliced bread in my book- I have single handedly recruited hundreds to the site- ( due to my post of my taste in music) I am the daughter of a 'radio disk jockey" and am proud and happy to be alive in this day and age- however I have noticed that I am "limited" to the amount of music I can share without a " ERROR" message showing up..perhaps you require me to "UP GRADE" if so...that's a shame- I really thought I had found my 'spot" with music sharing-
i would like to know why there is a problem with playing all of the music that i have in my library, and why can't my music be transfered to my ipod. first i had access to all my music but now it only plays certain songs and i have the premium plan.
i thought that your services were ok until i tried to transfer my music and i am having a hard time dioing this , now i can't even listen to my entire library, what's that about. spotify needs alot of improvement . people pay their money and expect good service.
really disappointed with the sevice and there is no way that i can speak with a live person , really disturbing

I LOVE THIS NEW WAY TO LISTEN TO ANY KIND OF MUSIC I WANT! MUCH BETTER THAN MYXER IN MY BOOK, WHETHER OR NOT THERE'S A LIVE PERSON TO BE TALKED TO. WHO NEEDS THAT WHEN U HAVE EARS TO LISTEN WITH. REALLY IS AWESOME!
