The newly relaunched Sharemyplaylists.com is back with another installment of their monthly playlists.
U.S. No.1’s: Billboard Hot 100
This remarkable playlist by legendary SMP user, Lasse Nordgren, charts the entire history of the Billboard Hot 100 from its very first number one in 1958 (Poor Little Fool by Ricky Nelson fact fans) all the way through to its current ascendant, Just The Way You Are by Bruno Mars. We were so impressed by this playlist we dedicated an entire blog post to it, which you can read herehere.

Spotify in the Palm of your hand
We’re always looking for new ways to make Spotify available to as many music fans as possible, so today we’re really excited to announce that Spotify Mobile is launching on Palm’s smartphones.

DJ Hero 2 giveaway and web game
DJ Hero 2 is out and contains some awesome remixes from the likes of Lady Gaga, B.o.B., Pitbull, Kanye West and many, many more.

Our good friends over at Sharemyplaylists have recently revamp their site to make it even better. They’ve introduced a Playlist Generator, Playlist Recommendations and Playlist Partners to bring you even more great music.

John Lennon on Spotify
John Lennon would have been 70 years old this past Saturday. While he’s no longer here in person his music lives on and we are excited to have his remastered solo albums available for the first time on Spotify as of today.
Classic releases such as Double Fantasy Stripped Down, Milk And Honey, Plastic Ono Band and Sometime In New York City have all be remastered and reissued in honour of his anniversary.

Spotify Premium exclusive – Kings of Leon’s Come Around Sundown
Kings of Leon will release the highly anticipated fifth album Come Around Sundown next week but we are excited to give Spotify Premium listeners in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Holland, Spain and France the chance to experience it a week early.
The album was recorded in New York at Avatar Studios and produced once again by Angelo Petraglia and Jacquire King. Come Around Sundown is the follow-up to the hugely successful Only By The Night, which sold over six million copies worldwide and garnered four Grammy Awards. It’s yet another bold and expansive statement by the Nashville, Tennessee-based quartet who, in the last two years, have become one of the biggest bands in the world; also one of the most creatively restless.
