Once in a while we need to step back and look at the bigger picture and that’s exactly what one of our own is doing right now. Shakil Khan has given himself the pretty spectacular challenge of raising $100,000 for charity: water - a very worthwhile cause.
In Shak’s own words:
Did you know that…?
…right now, almost a billion people on the planet don’t have access to clean, safe drinking water, That’s one in eight of us.
…unsafe water and a lack of basic sanitation kills 42,000 people every week, That’s more than all forms of violence, including war.
…90% of these deaths are children under five years old.
Well neither did I, until I met Amanda Rose and Chris Sacca a year ago, and they introduced me to charity: water.
Read on and donate and also check out the Ethiopia trip playlist he’s put together!

Cool, cool. Wassuuup? Charity.
Water is a fundamental element for survivance. But in a enormous large amount of areas on the world, the water is not clean. Due to warmt, and many other issues, people are drinking water full of reliefs from stool, bacterias, chemicals and many other things which causes tremendous illness and problems. I believe many people who're killed at the ocean in a accident dies in the swits of water contamined with waste
But a campaign against Obesity wouldn't be wrong, its a problem which are a result of cynism in the food industry. It increases rapidly in the world and causes enormous costs of illness in the developed world.

As musch as this is a worthwhile cause, it is always important to get the figures right. As of 5 June 2010, the human population of the world is estimated by the United States Census Bureau to be 6,825,300,000. So in fact it is almost 1 in 7 people who do not have access to clean & safe drinking water. Good luck
But it's people who poo and wee and contaminate - what exactly is it with us that we may never fault the sacred super survival and pululence of the human specie, when we all know beetter. we want everyone and more each day to live like kings - and naturally so by instinct for survival and comfort. fewer children, in better health, mental and physical, and better loved - would such a motto lead to love the earth and ouselves the moreso.
