Spotify Premium, Where The Action Is tickets

Next week Where The Action Is festival takes place here in Stockholm and we have a bunch of tickets to give away. In total we have twelve pairs of tickets for Spotify Premium subscribers to the Friday night show, June 12th, at Stora Skuggan.

Along with Mr. Young other bands preforming at the festival include - Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Duffy, The Pretenders and Pixies. A full listing of bands can be found on the official site.

If you’re a Spotify Premium subscriber and want a chance to get tickets to the Friday show, leave a comment here on the blog and we’ll pick winners early next week.

Spotify Premium – New Placebo album sampler

The London based alt-rock band, Placebo, have been hard at work on their follow up album to Meds. On June 8th the new album will be released and starting today we have an exclusive 6-track album sampler of Battle For The Sun, available to Spotify Premium subscribers in the UK, Sweden, Norway and Finland.

Nu när jag har er uppmärksamhet, när man öppnar spotify-länkar borde man få se vilken låt/lista/album det är innan det börjar spela - man vill ju se vad det är innan man avbryter sin egen musik, eller sätta det i kö efter sin egen musik. Ni borde också fixa så att man kan se historia över hur en share:ad playlist ser ut, om någon tar bort låtar vill man ju gärna kunna få tillbaka dem eller iaf se vilka de var. Sen är det många saker man kan högerklicka på som inte har "set as current playlist" men som borde ha det alternativet, typ album och artister. Ooooch sist av allt så måste ni verkligen fixa Constellation Records för att täcka världens behov av post-rock, och Ipecac Records för all den där galna musiken man behöver släppa lös till... Tack för en fett bra tjänst, om jag träffar er tänker jag kramas.
