Spotify's 2010 music retrospective
Season's greetings! Well it's been a cracking year for everyone involved at Spotify - a year in which we've seen millions more people join the service, a major Spring revamp, a number of awesome additions including our Sonos tie-up and the much-requested playlist folder feature, not to mention adding well over three million tracks in the last 12 months alone!
To celebrate reaching the end of another fantastic year for music lovers, we're hitting the rewind button and revealing the most streamed tracks and albums of 2010.
We've compiled lists for the United Kingdom, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Spain, Netherlands and France. You'll be able to compare musical tastes between countries as well as discover what music has topped the Spotify charts across Europe. You can also step back in time to check out what was topping the charts last year on Spotify.
To accompany your Christmas we’ve also created a few extra playlists taking in the most streamed tracks from last Christmas and the last few days of 2009. So sit back, relax, and welcome in 2011 with Spotify providing the jingles. Merry Christmas everybody!
