- You love solving complex problems and you have an uncanny ability to bring calm, order and elegance to a thicket of requirements
- You have a sound understanding of user behavior and the ability to translate this into creative solutions
- You care about both form and function and you can produce stunning documentation including schematics, wireframes and prototypes that quietly inspire and seduce those around you
- You can think both on a concept level and the broader idea as well as deep down in UI details. You have the ability to design and judge concepts, layouts and UI details.
- You can communicate your work to engineers clearly and constructively
- You are a full blooded team player and you can cope with intense design discussions.
- You are passionate about user testing and attentive to user needs and feedback
- You are detail oriented and are only satisfied when products are bug free and function as designed
- You are able to kill your darlings and bang out another iteration when the situation demands it
