Why am I having problems synching to my mobile phone using WiFi?

First, make sure that you’re connected to a functioning WiFi and that you’ve connected your device to a power supply.

If this doesn’t help, please try to reinstall Spotify. You could also try the following settings on your router:

  1. Open the Firewall for 78.31.8.0/21
  2. Open port 4070 and 80 for TCP

To reinstall Spotify, please:

  1. (Android/Symbian) Clear the application cache
  2. Remove Spotify
  3. Re-install Spotify
