Win an INQ Cloud Touch and be more social with your music!

We are pleased to announce our partnership with London-bred INQ Mobile. The INQ team love music, and are always pushing the boundaries of what can be done in the mobile space. With Spotify on their Android devices, users can access unlimited music on the go, whilst staying connected with their friends.

INQ has integrated Spotify into the hardware of their latest device, the INQ Cloud Touch, to make accessing and sharing music with your friends as easy as possible. This matches our own desire to make music a social and shareable experience.

As the default music player you can open Spotify from the Main Menu, or by pressing and holding down the Music key on the side of the handset.

You can also easily sync all your existing music library wirelessly, and even if you don’t have a Spotify account, INQ Cloud Touch users can check out the Spotify mobile app with their locally stored music.

To celebrate our partnership we’ll be giving away twenty White INQ Cloud Touch devices to users in the UK, each with 3 months Spotify Premium. We’ll also include twenty green headphones courtesy of Coloud.

The following terms and conditions govern the INQ competition on the web site http://www.spotify.com/blog/ (the “Competition”) arranged by Spotify Limited, a company registered in the UK under number 06436047 (“Spotify”). By participating in the Competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The Competition
In order to be able to win the Competition you must post on the Spotify blog a link to the tune you’d like to take with you everywhere. http://www.spotify.com/blog/ (the “Question”)

How to participate

Who can participate?
The Competition is open for Spotify users. Information on how to become a Spotify user is available on the web site http://www.spotify.com. Your Entry must be received before the advertised closing date and time of the Competition. You may only submit one Entry. Employees of Spotify (including Spotify affiliates) and their immediate families may not participate in the Competition.

Judging
The winner will be selected by a panel of representatives from Spotify. Only Entries which correctly answer the Question will be considered, from which the panel will select the winning Entry at random. The panel´s decision is final and binding.

Notification
The winner will be announced on the competition web site http://www.spotify.com/blog/ and notified by email within seven (7) days of the closing date of the Competition. The winner will also be notified separately by email. The email will include information on how to claim the prize.

The prize
Information about the prize is available on the competition web site http://www.spotify.com/blog/ The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash and subject to change in Spotify’s absolute discretion. All taxes that may be imposed in connection with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Data protection
By participating in the Competition you consent to Spotify collecting and processing the personal information you submit to Spotify, for the purpose of administering the Competition. Spotify will only share your personal information as is necessary to administer the Competition.
