Raucous Kentucky rockers, Cage The Elephant, return to the fray with the eagerly-awaited release of their second album ‘Thank You Happy Birthday’ on Monday 21st March.
Produced by Jay Joyce, the album is the band’s follow up to their 2009 self-titled debut, which has now sold over 500,000 copies worldwide. ‘Thank You Happy Birthday’ entered the US Billboard Charts at #2 back in January and the first single to be taken from the album ‘Shake Me Down’ has been at #1 for over 5 weeks in the US Alternative Radio Billboard charts. Currently A list on Radio 1, the single has also been going down a storm over here in the UK. The album has so far received 4 stars from the likes of Uncut and Q and was Album of the Week last week with Huw Stephens filling in for Zane Lowe on Radio 1.
Make sure you check out our exclusive video content including an interview with the band and live tracks from their last London show right here.
