Our Advertising Sales team and the partners they bring to our platform powers our ability to spread Spotify worldwide. We seek a professional, organized, and motivated Sales Planner who will help the Ad Sales team plan and prepare during the pre-sale process through campaign execution.
 
Excited by a start-up environment and a reliable support resource for the Account Management team, you are keen to help entertain clients and aim to ensure that they are super-served.
 
Key Responsibilities include:

  • Gathering accurate forecasts from appropriate resources
  • Brainstorming with internal teams to garner the most creative and strategic media plans and RFP recommendations
  • Inputting sales orders into sales order entry systems
  • Analyzing research requests
  • Filling out specification sheets and agency templates
  • Working daily with global operations team to create post-campaign reports for advertisers
  • Anticipate client and Account Team needs and deliver top-notch support
 
Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in digital/radio/mobile/online planning or buying
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • High-paced multi-tasker
