We’re happy to support H&M’s Fashion Against AIDS (FAA) initiative this year. FAA is a campaign designed to raise both funds and awareness, which has so far donated over 41 million SEK for Designers Against AIDS (DAA) and various other international HIV/AIDS projects. The collection is available at H&M’s Divided department from 26th April and 25% of the sales price will be donated to youth HIV/AIDS projects around the world.

Newkid is Alexander Ferrer, from the Swedish west coast town of Uddevalla and with roots in Phillippines. He provides us with high-class RnB in Swedish at it’s best. We’ve gotten to know him through the mix tape “Newkid On The Block” and support act gigs to stars such as Ryan Leslie and Bobby Valentino, and he is predicted to be Sweden’s next star.

His first single “Turbulens“s already a big radio hit in Sweden, and today the rest of debut album “Alexander JR Ferrer” is available on Spotify.

London’s The Leisure Society release their sophomore album, Into The Murky Water, on May 2nd. Starting today, Spotify Premium subscribers can listen to an exclusive 6-track sampler of the album before it’s release.

The album was recorded entirely on analog tape in the garage of Grohl’s home in California’s San Fernando Valley. “Wasting Light” is the band’s seventh studio album were Grohl once again has worked together with the legendary producer Butch Vig.

Foo Fighters made a fantastic appearance on the TV-show Skavlan earlier this year and held an exclusive gig at Nalen. We have an update to our iPhone and iPod Touch app to let you know about today.

This update includes numerous improvements, an updated design and the following changes:

• Localised into French and Spanish
• The Edit button is back - use it to create new playlists, remove playlists, and mark playlists for offline use
• Local Files playlist shows you all the mp3s and m4as you have wifi synced from your computer
• Redesigned with a new colour scheme
• Removed iPod integration feature. All your MP3s can now be easily synced using the Local Files feature.

Glasvegas conquered Sweden with their debut in 2008. It was love at first sight. Now, the Glasgow quartet are back with their brand new album EUPHORIC /// HEARTBREAK \\\.

The album was recorded in Santa Monica and London, together with producer Flood, and contains 11 new tracks including the first single “Euphoria, Take My Hand”. This time also with a new band member - Jonna Löfgren from Boden in Sweden. Glasvegas recently played at the sold out venue Kägelbanan in Stockholm and on May 19th the band will be back for a full concert gig at Annexet. You can also say hello to James, Rab, Paul and Jonna next week when they visit both Gothenburg and Stockholm to present the new album and do two smaller in-store acoustic sessions and album signings.
