Hopefully everyone had a great weekend, the weather was amazing here and by the looks of a lot of the people in the office they took full advantage of the sun. And while the nice weather has carried over into the work week we have managed to add 414 albums and singles today, in total 2,295 new tracks are now available.
There are a number of new releases to highlight in this update:
For a full listing of today’s additions please have a look at the Google Doc. As with every update not all albums listed may be available in your country and some tracks previously available may no longer be playable due to regional restrictions.

Last fall, Queen + Paul Rodgers, took the stage in front of 350,000 people for a historic concert. The venue on offer was Ukraine’s massive Freedom Square - a place so big that during World War II it was used to land planes.
Over 10 million people watched, Live In Ukraine, on TV and the entire event was recorded for release on June 15th. Starting today, all Spotify Premium subscribers can pre-listen to the entire album two weeks before it’s release.
Along with the album we have five, limited edition DVD/CD box sets complete with an exclusive concert T-shirt in a tin box. If you’re a Spotify Premium subscriber and interested in winning one of the boxes then leave a comment here on the blog post and we’ll pick five winners.
English rock band Kasabian have been compared to the likes of Primal Scream and taken the British press by storm. Next week they are releasing their latest album, West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum and starting today Spotify Premium listeners in Sweden and Norway can get chance to hear the full album. Check out the first single, Fire, for a little preview of the release.
The Boss, Bruce Springsteen, is coming to Stockholm this week for a show at Stadion on Friday and Surprise, Surprise, we have two pairs of tickets for Spotify Premium subscribers in Sweden.
To win the tickets you don’t need to be Born In The U.S.A, just leave a comment on this blog post and we’ll pick two winners on Wednesday.

@danielraffel - Thank you for the suggestion. It does make my life a little easier and looks better, good call. :)
Nice to see the record labels being their usual idiotic selves once again!!! "The Knife -Silent Shout" not for you in Sweden, no you can't have!!!
The Eels album is not in the google doc?
Spotify your the BEST!!!!
damn, the Patrick Wolf album is not available in France. The Daniel Merriweather and the Manson last albums are still not available yet. Any idea when we could listen to these in Spotify ?
@squarepush - yes it is available : check this link spotify:album:0m4UE6dxvhzxzdGt1Q28NT
Dave Matthews Band, one of the most-missed entries in Spotify's catalogue, finally here! Totally sweet. Is there any hope for the rest of their discography (or perhaps that they are separated from that country Dave Matthews)?
The bulk of the comments after every update are people complaining that tracks or albums in the google doc are not available where they live. Are Spotify passing on to the record labels these comments and the enormous amount of anger and irritation from your customers created by their stupid decision to implement regional restrictions on the internet (which is inherently global)? The record labels don't appear to be listening at all to their customers. Don't they understand that industries that don't listen to their customers eventually go out of business (just look at GM and the whole of the car industry)?
@sickofmotion : thanks a different link than the one in the post but this one is available here. Thank you once again.
thx for the new Rancid record :)
Will this album, spotify:album:0P4LY4xCP5QEKSqBMnZGLb be available in Sweden again? (And will the song order be corrected? The correct order is this: spotify:user:khaile:playlist:4fXoXl2HjtWhAjTtRODzUX ) Cheers
Wow How Would You live Without Spotify You Just Cant :P
