Nee, in de Voorwaarden waarmee je akkoord bent gegaan tijdens registratie voor Spotify, staat dat Spotify voor persoonlijk, niet-commercieel gebruik is.

Ik ga op reis naar een locatie buiten mijn profielland. Kan ik Spotify daar gebruiken?

Als je een gratis account hebt, kun je je in het buitenland aanmelden gedurende maximaal 14 dagen. Als je langer op reis gaat, kun je overwegen een Premium-abonnement te nemen. Premium-gebruikers kunnen tijdens reizen onbeperkt gebruikmaken van Spotify. Je kunt dan in elk land en zonder reclames naar Spotify luisteren…

This information is for customers who have arranged Spotify Premium through one of our subscription partners, such as a mobile carrier or broadband supplier.

How to activate Spotify Premium

If you already have a Spotify account, make sure that your account does not have Spotify Unlimited or Spotify Premium. If it does, please read “If you already have a Spotify subscription“, below, before continuing.

If you do not have a Spotify account, an account will be created for you during the activation process.

To activate your subscription, use the partner’s activation process on their website.

If you already have a Spotify subscription

If you already have Spotify Unlimited or Spotify Premium, you won’t be able to activate the Spotify Premium from the partner while your existing subscription is still active.

First, cancel the renewal of your existing Spotify subscription. You can do this on your Subscription page. Your subscription will then expire on the date it was due to renew, and your account will revert to Spotify Free. You will be able to see the expiry date on your Subscription page.

When your account reverts to Spotify Free, you will be able to use the partner’s activation process to add Spotify Premium to your account.

If you activate your partner subscription on the wrong Spotify account

Please contact the partner through which your Spotify subscription is arranged. They will be able to help to assign your subscription to the correct Spotify account.

Cancellation of your subscription

If you would like to cancel your partner subscription to Spotify, please contact the partner through which the subscription is arranged. The partner is managing your subscription, and has access to your billing information.

Kan ik 12 maanden vooruitbetalen voor Spotify Premium?

Betalingsinterval wijzigen

Als je een actief Premium abonnement hebt kun je je betalingsinterval wijzigen naar 12 maanden. Log op de Spotify website in op je Abonnementspagina en kies deze optie.

De periode van 12 maanden begint op de startdatum van je eerstvolgende abonnementsverlenging. Tot dit moment worden er geen kosten in rekening gebracht.

Als de periode van 12 maanden voorbij is zullen je abonnementskosten weer maandelijks worden verrekend.

Kan ik overschakelen tussen verschillende producten?

Ja, je kunt tussen alle producten overschakelen behalve tussen Spotify Open en Spotify Free. Als je wilt upgraden naar Spotify Premium, ga je naar de pagina Spotify Premium downloaden. Als je van Spotify Premium terug wilt gaan naar Spotify Unlimited, ga dan naar de opzeggingspagina en klik op "Wijzigen in Spotify Unlimited".

De overstap naar Spotify Unlimited vindt plaats bij de volgende verlenging van je abonnement. Dan zal het bedrag voor Spotify Unlimited bij je in rekening worden gebracht.

Wat gebeurt er met mijn resterende abonnementstijd als ik upgrade van Unlimited naar Premium?

Als je een abonnement hebt op Spotify Unlimited en je abonnement opwaardeert naar Spotify Premium, wordt de resterende tijd die je had voor je abonnement op Spotify Unlimited, omgerekend naar de abonnementstijd voor Spotify Premium, gebaseerd op het prijsverschil. Als je momenteel een abonnement hebt op Spotify Unlimited en wilt zien hoe je tijd wordt omgerekend, ga je naar de pagina Spotify Premium downloaden, waar de omrekening zal worden weergegeven.

Hoe lang kan ik reizen met Spotify Unlimited?
