Just a small update today to our music catalogue to let you know about. We added 259 albums and singles, in total 2,168 new tracks are now available.
A highlight includes a number of releases off the Sound Explosion label.
For a full listing of today’s additions please have a look at the Google Doc. As with every update not all albums listed may be available in your country and some tracks previously available may no longer be playable due to regional restrictions.

Since the release of their 1 album, they've had HUGE influence on the hip hop scene and was hailed as the future of hip-hop -3 Feet High and Rising -De La Soul Is Dead i know Buhloone Mindstate is released on spotify... but it's currently not available for me (in norway) any hope of opening this?

Vad hände egentligen med Spearmint? Först fanns bara några singlar, sen dök alla album upp för att försvinna ett kort tag senare tills bara My Missing Days låg där. Och för någon vecka sedan försvann det också? Om man får önska, så vore det guld om ni signade kontrakt med gamla punkbolaget-Birdnest, så man kunde få tillgång till lite skön gammal 90-tals punk.
Spotify could be great, if they let you listen to all their catalogue. I was gonna buy premium before the country restrictions were added. Now i never will. Convince who ever thought this was a good idea to release the restrictions and you'll get more premium memberships than you could dream of, i promise!

Spotify is a great resource but it sometimes feels like it lags behind record releases. I'm waiting for Now That's What I Call Music 73 to be added. Now 72 is one of the most popular albums in the UK on Spotify so I would have thought there would be a lot of demand for Now 73. Personally, if Spotify could add more of the latest releases, I would probably buy more as I would then use Spotify more as a sampler service, listening to the album before buying it.

Please please please could you add some sort of feature that will allow members (at least premium members if you're afraid of abuse) to report mistagged music. I'm listening to a Matt & Kim album right now and it's scrobbling to my last.fm as Kim because Spotify has the artist down as "Matt, Kim".

i'm a premium subscriber and what i think would be a big step forward would be a daily update of new albums added by genre emailed to premium account holders - maybe you could let subscribers sign up for certain genre updates. That way you'd easily find new stuff you are likely to be interested in.

Thanks for creating such a great place for all to hear some of the best music created. but have you thought about?? - being able to just search through An artists backlog - i.e. just searching for say summertime in Michael Bolton rather than just having to spend alot of time going through all of his tracks. - being able to "playlist" names of artists. so instead of having tracks being able to build a libraby of your top artist. that said I LOVE SPOTIFY and have lots of new and old GREAT MUSIC ON DEMAND :D
