Navigate to the Spotify Premium e-card purchase form. Fill out the buyer and recipient details as desired. After the purchase you will be able to decide if you want to print the card or if you want to email the card to your recipient. You can both print the card and email it, if you wish.
When paying for your gift card, you may be asked to enter some extra details to comply with ‘Verified by Visa’ or ‘Mastercard SecureCode’ (collectively known as 3D secure). This is required as a means of helping to prevent against fraudulent activity on your card. If your card is not registered with ‘Verified by Visa’ (for Visa cards) or ‘Mastercard SecureCode’ (for Mastercard cards), your card issuer may ask you to register for the scheme the as part of the payment process. We recommend that you comply with your card issuers advice to help you prevent against any potential fraudulent activity on your card.
‘Verified by Visa’ and ‘Mastercard SecureCode’ are internationally recognised standards for protecting internet purchases. By creating a secret PIN code, you are protecting you card against fraudulent activity on participating sites like Spotify which endorse the scheme. Please note we only enforce 3D Secure for our gift card purchases.
When you buy the e-card, a receipt will be sent to the email address that you have entered as “Your email” in the purchase form. On the receipt you will find the code as a link that can be used or printed. (You won’t be able to use the Spotify card template after closing the browser). However you can simply copy the code, and make the gift even more personal and print it or send it in a email!
If you have purchased your code online, you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund for a period of 14 days from the date of purchase. However, once you have redeemed the code, and have subsequently logged in to your Spotify account and used the service, you no longer have the right to cancel your purchase.
Note that pre-paid codes bought from a store (Spotify gift cards, and in-store receipts) cannot be refunded by Spotify.
If you wish to cancel your code purchase, please contact us using the contact form. Please include a copy of the receipt email.
