Why has my subscription expired? (Payment failed)

There are a couple of possible reasons that your subscription renewal has failed to be processed. Perhaps the credit card that you use the subscription has expired, or there could have been a connection problem to your bank’s network when the renewal was due to be processed.

Whatever the reason, if you’d like to continue with your Spotify subscription, please create a new subscription on your account’s subscription page.

In the unlikely event that this does not solve the problem, please try a different payment method for the subscription payments.
