If you have a Spotify account, you can download and install Spotify on your mobile phone. How much music you can listen to depends on the type of Spotify account you have.
By subscribing to our Premium service, you can enjoy the full glory of Spotify on your mobile.
If you’ve not got a Premium account, you can still enjoy Spotify on your iPhone or Android device – you just won’t be able to access the Spotify library or get the Offline listening mode.
If you’re a Premium user, the answer is probably ‘yes’. We currently support - iPhones, iPod touch, Androids, Windows Phones, Palms and Symbians. Check your handset here »
If you’re not a Premium user, you can download the Spotify Mobile app for iPhones and Androids. Other handsets coming soon, we promise.
As if by magic, your mobile will perfectly sync with your computer - any change you make to one will appear on the other. Fear not, no actual magic is used.
Streaming music to your phone requires internet access, which may mean extra charges depending on your data plan. Please check with your mobile operator for more details and to make sure you’re getting the best deal.
With Spotify on your mobile, you can store your playlists in Offline mode, which means you can listen to them without being connected to the internet. Great for times when you have a poor connection, want to prolong your battery or don’t want to pick up data transfer costs.
All we ask is that you log in once every 30 days to prove you’re still a Premium user.
Your Spotify Premium account gives you access to the Offline mode for up to three devices (mobiles or computers), each of which can store up to 3,333 tracks. You can force Spotify to go into Offline mode whenever you wish.
